We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. (24 hours per week )
Key Duties include but are not limited to;
- Matching authorised receiving records, processing supplier invoices, preparing a monthly reconciliation of supplier statements, proposing the monthly payment run and dealing with all related queries.

- Control of the cash function of the hotel through the maintenance of the daily income audit, monitoring of the cash handling procedures throughout the property
- Managing petty cash & ordering and maintaining appropriate cash levels in the hotel.
- Review of Purchasing Orders and pricing
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and hotel policies.
- To carry out additional accounting tasks as requested by management.
Role Requirements:
· Proven experience in bookkeeping/similar role
· Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Ability to work on own initiative and take ownership of responsibilities.
· Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Experience in Sage Accounting is an advantage.
