Our Client is a leader in the Energy Manufacturing industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Assistant Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and coordinate daily plant operations in line with established procedures.
- Optimize resource deployment during shifts to meet dispatch requirements.
- Issue work orders for maintenance of plant and equipment defects.
- Liaise with Electrical Maintenance engineers high Voltage switching or isolation/normalization
- Collaborate with external agencies on shift duty operation matters.
- Maintain comprehensive records of key operational events and data.
- Implement quality control objectives and procedures to maximize process reliability.
- Prepare weekly/monthly production reports and daily production log.
- Generate regulatory compliance reports as necessary.
- Optimize manpower allocation according to production plan and operational needs.
- Manage and supervise technical officers and technicians.
- Any ad-hoc duty as assigned.

Requirement
- Min Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)
- Min 4 years in Oil & Gas or utility industry
