1. Job Purpose:
The Mechanical Technician is responsible for installing, dismantling, maintaining, and repairing tools, machines, engines, and other devices.
2. Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and document machine faults and service.
- Repair/service fault machine.
- Maintain all types of machines and compressors.
- Apply grease all types of machines.
- Maintain copper plant, induction, and aluminum plant services.
- Maintain filter area and chillers.
- Conduct hydraulic oil tank service.
- Visit other factories for installation and dismantling.
- Attend daily toolbox meeting.
3. Key Performance Indicators:
- Tasks delivered to time.
- Tasks delivered to cost.
- Change requests to a minimum.
- Internal customer satisfaction feedback.
