We are now looking for a Senior Logistics Manager for Finland & Sweden into Neova Groups Supply Chain Management to develop and manage logistics of Kekkilä-BVB companies in Nordics. Role reports to Neova Groups Sourcing & Logistics Director and is a member of SCM Logistics Leadership Team. Senior Logistics Manager works in deep collaboration with Neova Groups business divisions, especially with Grow&Care division in Nordics and also with other teams in SCM function. Your preferred location will be in Vantaa, Finland or Örebro, Sweden. Role requires ~20-30% traveling.

Having the role as Senior Logistics Manager in Kekkilä-BVB Nordics you will have an exciting position working with the company's logistics work and processes, strategically and tactically. You will be involved in Neova Group's and Kekkilä-BVB´s logistic strategy and long-term goals. As Senior Logistics Manager you have a significant role in developing future logistics capabilities of Kekkilä-BVB to ensure business development.
You will be responsible for the strategic and tactical development of supply chain. This includes sourcing and development of logistics services in Finland and Sweden both for retail and professional markets. You strive to create great value through capacity and performance in the supply chain. You are also working actively to ensure close and effective cooperation with other departments and teams in Finland and Sweden. You will be integral part of business teams and ensure that logistics is a competitive advantage to the business. You support operative teams in their work and competence development. To your help you have competent colleagues within SCM, operations and sales.
WHO ARE YOU?
We see that you have an academic education, preferably in industrial economics, technology, supply chain management or logistics or that you have gained experience in some other way that can be considered equivalent. We are looking for someone who has great experience in Logistics and knows Logistics market in Nordics. You should also have a strategic and tactical approach.
It is a merit if you have experience as a project leader, as well as experience in change management in industrial environment. It´s also a merit if you have experience as a manager/team leader.
Your prestigeless and down-to-earth approach is characterized by clarity and trust. You have great experience in logistics, delivery flows and processes. You are inspirational and communicative. You have the ability to make people around you feel good and achieve good results together. With your analytical mindset you are driven and motivated to work towards set goals while working in a structured and methodical way. Since we are working internationally fluent English is mandatory in addition to fluent Finnish or Swedish. You should also see IT as a natural part of work. It´s a merit if you have experience in Business Central or D365 ERP systems.
