Quality Assurance Agent

To join our team in our Essenwood offices

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create scorecards providing accurate feedback
  • Listening to and assessing calls
  • Provide accurate feedback
  • Report on any trends or patterns that may be occurring
  • Filter information regarding non-compliance to Team Leader
  • Document and maintain scorecard on all assessments conducted
  • Ensure that you meet quantity and quality of calls listened to
  • Random call audits when required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Grade 12 – which must be presented at interview stage
  • Must have at least 2 years Quality Assurance (QA) experience within a contact centre
  • Debt Review experience will be advantageous
  • Have a background dealing with financial products
  • Computer literate – excel skills
  • Has to be multi ligual
