Full Job Description
Assisting the business owner with various tasks, mostly related to customer service of interior decor and furniture manufacturing and marketing
Have to be familiar with e-commerce and digital marketing
High level of customer service skills
Highly organized, efficient, and able to work in a busy environment
To ensure that the showroom and all displays are neat, tidy and operational at all times.
Assist clients with sample picking, registration, system queries
Liaise with marketing initiatives being implemented in showroom
Plan and execute showroom promotions
Identify which display stock is required and replenish/ Issue samples to clients
Offer clients quick training sessions on product knowledge and marketing tools available
Deal with client queries in the showroom and escalate when necessary.
Work with customer care and marketing department when required.
Miscellaneous administrative tasks when required.
Setting up meetings
Book keeping
Creating invoices
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R8,500.00 per month
